Designer Handbags are all the rage

Without a doubt, designer handbags are all the rage!  Women seem to collect them the way young boys collect comic books.  Without a doubt, there is a handbag to suit your many styles and moods, from sophisticated and chic to adventurous and playful.  Designer handbags all have unique traits that distinguish one brand from another.  Designers purposely create unique symbols or details to accentuate the differences between themselves and other designers.

Louis Vuitton is one of the most popular and best-selling handbag designers.  These bags are known for the high standards of quality and state-of-the-art craftsmanship put into each and every design.  Elegant, but astonishingly innovative, Louis Vuitton guarantees perfection in his multitude of high quality products.  Uniquely branded with a patterned design, Louis Vuitton handbags tower above the competition.

Chanel handbags are well known for their clean lines and top quality materials.  The polished chain and bold brand symbol on every bag sets them apart from their peers. The clean lines and simple femininity of these designs makes them both accessible and functional for everyday use or a night out on the town.  Chanel handbags are known for their classy designs, neutral colors, and their oh-so-popular brand power.  A girl cannot go wrong with Chanel.

Coach handbags are known for their soft, supple, glove-tanned leather.  In recent years, Coach designers have evolved to explore various shapes, styles, and materials without sacrificing the principles of classic design.  At the same time, there is something uniquely American about these wonderful purses.  Coach has developed into an easily-recognizable brand of superior quality handbags.

Burberry handbags are known for their distinctive plaid pattern.  Their handbags come in various sizes and shapes, and there is sure to be one to please even the most distinguishing shopper.  These purses are designed for a woman that is both strong and sophisticated.  Burberry purses have become extremely popular in recent times, especially with younger girls looking to explore more traditional designs.

These are but a few of the designers producing quality merchandise for the masses.  There are as many designers as there are purse styles, but you are sure to be pleased with anything produced by the designers mentioned above.  They are the giants of the fashion industry right now.  With the recent release of their latest designs, you can be the first of your friends to own one.  Happy shopping, ladies!

The Basic T-Shirt

Who doesn't own at least one T-shirt? Someone once said "to err is divine, to wear a t-shirt is just plain comfortable". Ok, I made that up, but it's true, what feels better than a good, old fashioned worn-in basic t-shirt? As far as I'm concerned, nothing!

How do you know if a T-shirt is of high quality? How do you know how it will wear over time? What are the best basic brands? Well, my friends, I will answer these questions for you.

A high quality basic t-shirt doesn't have to be expensive, just well-made and made with the right fabric. So what does well-made mean? Most of the time this means it has a seamless collar, taped neck & shoulders, and double needle stitching throughout the entire garment. As far as the fabric is concerned, you want to look for pre-shrunk 100% cotton jersey fabric and ideally, ringspun or combed cotton. Ringspinning and combing are processes that add softness to the cotton and it they are noticeably softer than basic cotton. Many manufacturers make T-shirts with ringspun or combed cotton, but I like the Hanes Beefy-T, the Devon & Jones Vintage Tee and the American Apparel Fine Jersey Tee for women. All of these are very soft, and only get better after repeated washings.

CheapesTees.com is a retailer of basic T-shirts, Sweatshirts and Polo Shirts.

Embroidery Adds the Finishing Touch to Fashion

Fashion comes in a wide array of styles, but one accent that continues to be a favorite among designers is embroidery.

Embroidered designs are showing up on swimsuits, retro caftan tunics and even on sophisticated eveningwear.

If you like the look of high-end embroidery fashion but don't have thousands to spend on your wardrobe, today's advanced sewing machines make it easy for you to create an embroidered look with off-the-rack clothes - even if you're a beginning sewer.

There are three ways to add details to garments using a home sewing machine, according to Cynthia Scott, educational coordinator for the U.S. division of Janome, the world's largest manufacturer of sewing machines.

The most basic process is called applique, which is simply the process of applying one piece of material to another. Ribbons, lace, pre-embroidered patches or even designs cut out of fabric can be applied to other material by stitching around its edges. Most sewing machines have the ability to apply applique using any one of a number of simple stitches. The satin stitch, zigzag stitch and blanket stitch are all popular applique stitches that both secure your material and add a decorative finish.

Another easy embellishment technique is to use one of the decorative stitches built into most mid-range sewing machines. These stitches range from flowers and other simple designs to heirloom stitches that look like they were done by hand.

To copy the more sophisticated embellishments on fashion items, you need a sewing machine that does embroidery in a hoop. This kind of machine gives you the ability to add professional-looking embroidery, of virtually anything you can imagine, to your garment. You don't even have to know how to sew to use these machines. For instance, Janome's Memory Craft 300E only does embroidery. You simply import a design from a design card or the Internet, put your item in the hoop and press "Start."

For total control, Janome makes the Memory Craft 10001, which connects to your computer. You use Janome's powerful embroidery design software to create exactly what you want, then transfer the design to the MC10001 to add your own stylish signature to any item.

A Guide to Choosing Sunglasses

Sunglasses are one of the ultimate fashion accessories. They are great in helping you to create your own unique image. What exact style you choose really depends on your personal taste, age and the shape of your face. Yet, not matter what style of sunglasses you are thinking of buying, it is important that you end up choosing the best possible quality pair.

Some tips to choosing quality sunglasses are provided below. Being educated by what makes a quality pair of sunglasses is very important when you are searching for your next pair of sunglasses. Keep these tips in mind when you are browsing.

Protection from UV

One major contributor to eye disease is ultraviolet radiation. This is why it is important to choose a pair of sunglasses that protect you from the harmful effect of UV. Just because your glasses have a dark tint doesn't mean that you are protect from UV. Make sure you check the sunglasses UV rating.

What the Sunglasses Are Made From

Generally speaking the heavier the sunglasses the higher quality they will be. You want to ensure that the material that they are made from will last a long time and be able to resist the constant knocks that sunglasses typically take.

Different Tints

Tints are the colors that are applied to sunglasses lenses to help reduce the light that makes contact with the eyes. The particular tint you choose is up to your personal taste. However, different tints will have a different effect on the perceived brightness and glare, and will distort color differently.

As an example, gray tints reduce glare and don't distort the color. On the other hand, yellows lens will distort color but sharpen your perceived view.

To Polarize or Not to Polarize?

Sunglasses that are polarized will reduce the glare of the light which bounces off roads and water. They are typically preferred by people who drive a lot during the day or boat on the water. If you work or play near a lot of flat surfaces you may wish to investigate using polarized sunglasses.

3 Tips On Choosing The Right Perfume For You

With the thousands of fragrances in the market, it can sometimes be tricky to choose the one that is perfect for your taste, personality, the occasion, and other factors. Check out the following basic tips that you may find useful when choosing and even wearing the perfect perfume for you.

1. Determine your budget.
Perfumes are priced in a very big range, from very inexpensive colognes to luxurious designer brands. Determining your budget or the money you are prepared to spend beforehand will help narrow down the choices and will save you a lot of time.

2. Know what particular smell you want and go for it.
Decide on what type of fragrance you want based on what use the perfume would be to you. For instance, is it for special occasions? Is it to please or seduce a lover? Is it for everyday wash and wear? If you plan to please someone, make sure to research on the particular fragrances he or she likes. If you want it to be an everyday whiff you can wear to work or school, you may want to buy a lighter and fresher scent. If it’s for big parties and formal events, choose a perfume that makes a stronger impact by blending well with your body chemistry.

3. Examine carefully before buying.
When you’ve finally narrowed down your choices and you’re ready to go to a perfume shop, don’t forget to carefully examine each perfume you fancy before getting ahead of yourself and purchasing. Take note that your nose can only handle so much and testing 20 perfumes consecutively will prove to be futile. Before you start spraying a perfume on your wrist, spray it first on a card or paper and decide if you like it. If not, move on to the next. Once you find a scent you think is perfect, start testing it on your body. Apply a small amount on your wrist or at the back of your arm. Sometimes the saleslady will offer to apply some in her own skin and have you smell it. This is a no-no because each of us reacts to perfumes in different ways. Make sure the perfume is perfect for you by putting it on your own skin. Wait for a few minutes because fragrances start to grow on you and smell different after a while.

Buying Petite Clothing Made Easy

All you girls 5’ 4” and under, fight for your right for high quality fashionable clothes! Many petite women find it difficult to find properly fitting quality clothes. It’s only recently that designers target petite women with fashionable clothing.

This year, fashion is all about you and your style. Fashion is about confidence. If you feel great in an outfit, others can’t help but feel your vibes.

In the past petite women had to settle for ill fitting regular clothes in run-of-the-mill sizes. But that’s long in the past. Today’s petite women find more and more stores devoted to meeting the needs of the short statured.

Petite framed women can wear just about any style and look slimmer and most importantly taller, by following a few simple rules.

Avoid bold, large patterns with heavy fabrics. Keep print in proportion to your figure. Smaller frames deserve smaller prints.

Avoid styles that draw the eye to the waist or hip area. These tend to make you look more round.

Avoid too much jewelry. Jewelry can overpower a small frame.

Wear light weight material when layering. Too much bulk bulks up the petite woman.

Avoid wearing contrasting colors such as black skirt and white top when wearing separates.

Wear the same color from head to tow to create a continuous flow. Blend similar colored shoes and hose to appear taller.

If wearing boots, make sure the hem of your skirt is long enough to cover the boots. This will create an unbroken line to help give a slenderizing affect.

Skirts should be slightly above the knee and always worn with heels. Below the knee skirts tend to make the short statured woman look stubby.

Heels are a must for the vertically impaired. High-heeled shoes guarantees that your legs will look longer and leaner.

So if you are yearning for pants that don’t drag the floor or shirts with sleeves the correct length, look in the petite section of your favorite store. You’ll have everyone turning their heads whispering “Who’s that fab girl?”

Aprons: The Necessary Accessory!

For employees who cook in a restaurant kitchen or work in the dining room waiting tables, wearing an apron is often a uniform requirement. While they serve the purpose of preventing grease or coffee spills from soiling work uniform pants and shirts, aprons are also a handy attachment to tote customer needs.

For a waiter or waitress, who usually wear just a half apron that wraps around their waists, it's important that the frock contain several accessible pocket compartments in which to carry necessities for the job. Not only is this convenient for the time-pressed server, but it will also impress a dine-in customer when the item needed is right at the finger tips of their attendant.

Items which should be carried by a waiter in their apron should include an ordering tablet, two or three pens, straws and matches. If feasible, extra condiments should also be allowed for as part of the supply load, like catsup bottles or packets and creamer and butter samplers. But be sure to protect liquid products from creating a mess within the apron--this happens to even the best of servers! Sometimes, in the rush to fill a demanding customer's coffee cup, leaning up against the counter or dining table causes a juicy explosion. It is best to keep those types of additives in a side pocket where they are safer.

Color choices for restaurant cook aprons usually aren't that significant. Lastly, when choosing aprons for restaurant employees, select material that can easily be washed and sanitized and does not require too much effort for stain removal.

A Valuable Guide To Buying Organic T-Shirts

It is not a secret now that the demand for organic cotton clothing is rising quickly. People are willing to buy more natural clothing for themselves to prevent from harmful chemicals that are used at several textile processes.

You use the normal/conventional cotton and claim that it was organic. If people believe you then you will make 30% more profit with the exact same garments. So please carefully check the labels of the clothing before you buy and also try to buy from big brands!

You get the organic cotton. Made the fabric from it and dye it like you do with the normal cotton. In the end you will have a harmful and chemical fabric which is not organic but "made from organic cotton".

You get the organic cotton and dye it with dyestuff that is allowed by the organic certification companies and follow their guidelines. This is costly and the final fabric, t-shirt price will be higher but this is of course healthier. In the end your organic fabric will not be harmful! In that case you can also say the term "organic t-shirt" easily. USA and Turkey are offering much better quality and trusted business at the moment.

Convey Your Professionalism Through Work Clothes

When you own or manage a business that requires employees to work out in the field, it is important that your workers convey a professional appearance at all times. After all, their appearance is a reflection of your company. Similarly, if you have a manufacturing plant or operate a warehouse, the clothing your employees wear can impact safety, which is always a primary concern.

For reasons of professionalism, safety, and conformity, industrial work clothes are (or should be) a requirement in any number of industries. While high quality work clothes go far in ensuring safety and establishing the professional image of your company, they can also serve to enhance your "brand awareness." By utilizing custom embroidery, your company's work clothes can actually become a marketing tool.

Embroidery is a very cost effective form of marketing, especially if your employees are out in the field. The name of your company or your company logo can be embroidered on work shirts, as can the names of your employees. Businesses that sell work clothes frequently offer custom wholesale embroidery, and sew patches onto work clothes. There are a variety of factors that affect cost, such as the number of pieces that will be embroidered, the height of the letters, the number of stitches per piece, and whether or not special threads are utilized.

Work Uniforms: Dress Better Than The Rest

Whether you spend your days knocking door to door selling insurance policies or cosmetics, or wiggle under cars changing drippy oils and fluids, looking your best with a hot to trot work uniform is a career must.

For the white-collared professional, looking neat and well kept is a career necessity. Whether you sell, buy, trade or distribute, the appearance of your work uniform is a reflection of your business philosophy. Keep it simple by purchasing solid color plain or pleated dress pants or slacks work uniforms, then make sure they are regularly laundered and pressed.

For men, a nice addition to your button-down work uniform shirt would be a necktie. If you aren't adept at typing one, there are plenty of great clip-on styles available. At first glance, it's difficult to distinguish between the two styles, so it probably doesn't matter which you choose! For women, a neckerchief or scarf neatly secured under the collar with a bow showing in the front would be a classy move for a work uniform. If your company has a theme logo, try to coordinate colors with your choice of accessory. For a professional look, keep any accessories simple and small. Top off the work look by keeping your hair pinned away from the face and secured in a braid or low-hanging pony tail.
